POSITION VACANT – JUNIOR SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (Part time)

We require a junior technician to work with us and our clients on a part time basis.

Working hours will be flexible and would total approximately two days per week. Training and mentoring will be provided – this is a great chance to expand your career. You’ll be working with a supportive & understanding mentor on a wide array of technology and systems – the perfect learning environment.

General duties include:

• Software/hardware troubleshooting
• Installations, repairs
• Basic network support/troubleshooting
• User support and guidance
• Phone support, call escalation
• Other support tasks

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and outlook
• Genuine passion for IT and a desire to learn
• Ability to work unsupervised and understand directions
• Some PC support experience
• Some level of tertiary studies preferred but not essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Vehicle and license

Rate of pay will be negotiable, and dependent on your experience, training and qualifications (if any).
