Win a Wii competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Participants can obtain multiple entries into the competition, and can apply as many times as desired.
2. Participants apply for entry by submitting contact details of a third party (herein known as 'the contact') who may use the services of ITechnique Australia.
3. Applicants should have consent of the third party before submitting their details to ITechnique Australia.
4. ITechnique Australia will never disclose any of your contact details, or your nominated contact's details to any other third party. Both your details and the contacts details will always remain private.
5. An applicants entry is only confirmed when the third party becomes a paying customer of ITechnique Australia. Therefore applicants can increase their chances of gaining multiple entries by only submitting details of third parties who require IT support and consulting services.
6. Applications will close at 5:00PM on Friday June 18, 2010.
7. All confirmed entries will be gathered, and drawn at random at 3:00PM on 25/06/2010.
8. The prizes will be assigned as follows:
   1st prize - Nintendo Wii and Wii Sports Game set. Value $299.00
   2nd prize - Logitech Pure-Fi Express Plus iPhone/iPod speaker dock. Value $179.00
   3rd prize - Sandisk 16GB USB drive. Value $69.00
9. Winning participants will notified by phone and/or email.
10. Results and the winners name and company name will be announced to all applicants via email.
11. Results drawn by ITechnique Australia will be final. We promise and guarantee that all results will be drawn at random.
