In September 2011, ITechnique Australia Pty Ltd merged operations with Creative Answers. This has been the biggest development in ITechnique Australia's history since being formed in August 2001. ITechnique are now proud to offer web and email hosting services, as well as cloud based/offsite backup services in addition to our core services such as IT consulting, support and systems integration.
Along with IT consulting & support services, Creative Answers has offered premium hosting & cloud based email solutions to corporate businesses since 2007. Creative Answers has established a loyal client base that have come to expect professional services & support. ITechnique are committed to maintaining and improving upon this high level of service, yet still providing competitive pricing & flexible solutions.
ITechnique Australia are wholly Australian owned & operated, are proud to offer our services internationally. We employ staff that are passionate about IT and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
From our office at Rhodes (Sydney) we maintain our Australian based Web and Email Hosting infrastructure. Our servers are spread across both Sydney and Melbourne though we also host backup services in the United States. Operating our core server infrastructre in Australia provides improved performance, responsiveness and better access to support for our clients.
